Services : Joinery

Fit for purpose
With our fit for purpose service we aim to make your joinery using the quickest methods and fixings available. Often, this include using bolts, screws and/or nails to fix your item together to get your desired result.
As our most cost-effective option, your item will be made fit for its intended purpose with ‘fit for purpose’ joinery. No bells or whistles. This is a minimal approach that could impact the longevity of the item overall, however, we will always recommend the best care for your piece upon creation.
modern
Modern joinery is made using machinery and modern alternative to traditional methods in order to achieve efficient and resilient fixtures.
We aim to use minimal to zero mechanical fixings (think screws) within this service, and instead opt for alternative solutions, such as doweling machines, to join items together. Unlike traditional joinery, modern joinery offers a shorter timeline and reliable longevity of your piece.
We highly recommend this service for anyone who wants a high-end sooner rather than later.
Traditional
Traditional joinery is by far the best choice when commissioning an item, as it allows for a uniqueness to the build that purpose built and modern joinery cannot compare to. From mortice and tenon joints, to beautiful dovetails, we tailor the traditional method to the requirements of your brief.
This service allows strength and longevity throughout the item, providing its well looked after, as a result of it’s individually built nature.
Please take a look at our guide table below to understand how our Joinery services may be priced.
This has been estimated using our standard garden gate size – approximately 75cm x 180cm – and using our most commonly used joinery material for external products (sapele).
Please note this is a rough guide, and will not predict costs for specific joinery requirements.
| Service | Approximate Price |
| Fit For Purpose | From £750 |
| Modern Joinery | From £900 |
| Traditional Joinery | From £1100 |
We always strive to make all our projects as cost-effective as possible, so if you see something you like that looks out of budget, please Contact Us to see if we can help any further.
